Paula Pilcher is licensed massage therapist of PILCHER BODYWORKS LLC. She is a member of the Oregon Board of Massage Therapists & the Association of Bodywork & Massage Professionals , a certified group fitness instructor of the American Council on Exercise , & recently received her doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine & Certificate in Natural Childbirth. She has been practicing bodywork since 2004 using a variety of techniques to promote health & assist with injury recovery. She currently has office locations at Poise Studio in Beaverton, & a home office in Portland, where she offers diversified table massage as well as chair massage, on-site services, pregnancy massage, reflexology, orthobionomy, aromatherapy, hydrotherapy, structural assessment, & a variety of other wellness services.
Paula specializes in individualized holistic treatments for each client, drawing on her knowledge & expertise gained from completing course & clinical work at the National College of Natural Medicine , & the Oregon School of Massage .
Paula believes strongly in the healing power of touch & has no doubt that you will

BODYWORK:
Aromatherapy- is the art of using aromatic essential oils to achieve health
benefits & is included in most services offered at no extra charge.
Hydrotherapy- alternates hot & cold towels to enhance the body's vitality. A hot towel
steam & heated table are included in all massages at no extra charge.
Reflexology- treats imbalances in organs & organ systems by accessing reflex points
in the feet. It includes an herbal foot bath as well as hot steam towels,
essential oils, & lower leg/foot massage. $40/ 30 min, $65/ 60 min
Orthobionomy- is a gentle method of helping the body to re-align itself through
awareness of dysfunctional holding patterns. $65/ 60 min
plus: Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Theraputic Touch, & Polarity Therapy

Take advantage of on-site couples massage for any occasion or special treat! Two mobile massage therapists will bring their tables to you & your loved one along with music, aromatherapy, & ambiance for a relaxing, de-stressing experience to share in the comfort of your own home!
Paula Pilcher has been teaching "Dance Dance Dance" at the Southwest Community Center in SW Portland since February of 2005. Drawing on her 16 years of dance training, 10 years of musical theatre experience, and over 12 years of teaching group fitness classes, she has created a cardiovascular fitness class that revolves around different dance themes which change weekly. The dance themes fit into categories such as: Genres, Style, Ballroom, Broadway, Movies, Artist Tributes, and more.
It is designed to keep you moving with creative choreography. You dont have to have dance experience to join in on the dance floor because Paula will start the moves off with basic steps, then add options for higher intensity and dance flair to it, so that you have the option of working with high/low amounts of coordination, & high/low amounts of intensity. The steps are fluid so that you are moving throughout the duration of the class to increase aerobic endurance. The moves are designed to tone your calves, thighs, hips, abdomen, arms, and of course that booty-shaking side!
The class takes place every Sunday
